Local law restriction requires engine off after 3 minutes idle/stop. Using alternative fan will comply to law requirements and user friendly. Unfortunately, there is no good way to place alternative fan in a car. Our design allows a common long working time fan to be placed at bottle holders in car and rotate freely.
